Enrollment
All families residing within the Jefferson City School District attendance area with children birth to kindergarten entry and expectant parents are eligible to participate in the JC Schools Parents as Teachers program's FREE services.
To enroll:
- Fill out our online enrollment form HERE
- If you would prefer a paper enrollment form, you can print one or contact the Southwest Early Childhood Center office at 659-3026 to request to have a paper form mailed to you.
Completed paper forms may be returned via email, dropped off at or mailed to: Parents as Teachers, 812 St. Mary's Blvd., Jefferson City, Mo 65109 or faxed to (573) 632-3431
